Charming boutique hotel with a beautiful and well-maintained garden and a spa
Jardi d'Artà is a splendid boutique hotel that opened its doors inside a typical Majorcan house built in the 19th century. The garden is beautiful and well-kept, and there's a spa where you can enjoy wellness treatments. What's more, each spacious room is unique and has its own character. Excellent restaurant and breakfast to match! A young address full of charm.

El hotel boutique cuenta con un pequeño restaurante, un pequeño gimnasio y numerosos lugares con sofás, sillones y hamacas para poder descansar o simplemente poder leer un libro o contemplar los jardines.
Lo que más eché en falta fueron algunas comodidades en la habitación como por ejemplo algún par de zapatillas para poder ir por ésta, algunos productos de baño como por ejemplo cepillo de dientes y/o pasta de dientes, cafetera para poder hacer algún café, etc. En conclusión, algunos detalles que podrían hacer la estancia más cómoda al ser un hotel boutique de ésta categoría.
In addition, the garden of the suite was cluttered with junk, which did not make a good impression and affected the aesthetics of the place. But most frustrating was the service response. I did not receive any solution or adequate compensation for the inconveniences I experienced from the owner or general manager.
To make matters worse, I was charged the full price of the suite despite not receiving the full service to which I was entitled. This shows a lack of commitment on the part of the hotel to provide a satisfactory experience for its guests.
I hope the hotel will take note of these concerns and make the necessary improvements to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation. As a customer, I expected quality service and attention to my needs, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.
I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that the hotel will take steps to improve its services and provide a satisfactory experience for future guests.
