Eric, a former industrialist, chose to set up his sustainable snail farm in the small hamlet of Neyrial in Yssingeaux. In the midst of an unspoilt natural environment, surrounded by juices, the snails have everything they need for harmonious growth. These optimal rearing conditions result in tender, tasty meat that, once processed and cooked, is a delight for all! From early July to mid-September, you can visit the heliciculture farm on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 pm (please contact us by phone beforehand). Tasting and sales on site.
