A place to indulge in inventive and delicious pastries, and discover one of the region's specialties: the Yssingelaise brioche. Pascal offers homemade truffles and surprising trompe-l'œil. His special Mother's Day pavlova is well worth the detour, as are his chocolate pumps topped with macaroons. A feast for the eyes and the taste buds. He also offers pastry classes. He was the apprentice master to the famous pastry chef Cédric Grolet.

5 étoile pour l'anniversaire de mon fils Très jolie gateau et très bon léger est crémeux ! Super accueil prix raisonnable un 16 part qui en comptais plutôt 30 ????

Après avoir commandé notre gâteau pour nos 10 ans de mariage. Nous n'avons pas hésité à réitérer une autre commande pour l'anniversaire de notre fils. Un fraisier aussi beau que succulent. Vraiment nous étions épatés du résultat. Merci merci au pâtissier et à toute l'équipe.
