This young pastry chef, who trained at the École nationale supérieure de pâtisserie, has a leitmotiv: the pleasure of sweetness... with no added sugar. Using local and seasonal produce whenever possible, especially red fruit. Also a tea room.

Et les gâteaux sont délicieux. Même les enfants adorent.
Parking à proximité.
Comptez environ 10€ par personne en étant gourmand. Une étoile en moins pour l'agencement : le présentoir est dans le passage de l'entrée avec des tables juste en face, c'est serré et pas pratique. Dommage.
