This establishment, run by Barbara and Guilhem since October 2020, is an artisan green coffee roasting workshop. You'll find a fine selection of coffees roasted on site several times a week. Demonstration workshops are offered to discover this ancestral process. You'll also find teas, herbal teas, spices, honeys, fruit juices made by Guilhem according to the season... In concrete terms, everything is organic and you can taste it on the spot. This concern for the environment is also reflected in the sale of adaptable capsules for Nespresso, Nespresso Gusto and Dulce Gusto machines.

Espace très agréable, café d'excellente qualité gustative. N'hésitez pas à passer les portes de la boutique, beaucoup de produits pour inspirer nos idées cadeaux, éveiller nos papilles et assouvir notre gourmandise.

Nous sommes venus à Yssingeaux en vacances le jeudi 16 août au matin et nous avons découvert une très belle boutique de torréfaction puis on est entrés et on a été très bien accueillis par le torréfacteur qui nous a expliqués la traçabilité de tout c'est cafés Bio qu'ils torrifie, puis on s'est installés pour boire un blend Brésil et Colombie qui était excellent puis nous avons acheté un paquet de café du Pérou et de Bolivie qui était tout les deux escellents, merci à vous pour ces escellents cafés ☕ ☕☕☕, je recommande vivement cette boutique de torréfaction, à bientôt
