Es Amunts (which means "the heights" in Catalan) is the name given to a protected natural area that covers virtually the whole of northern Ibiza, from Cala Salada in Sant Antoni to Aigües Blanques near Sant Carles. It is in this part of the island that landscapes, customs and traditions have been best preserved. Its interpretation center will help you understand the ecological and ethnological richness of this region, and will probably inspire you to go on excursions - of which there are many - in the area!
