Adventurers of gastronomy, welcome to a new universe! A restaurant-bar-workshop created in 2021 by the couple Jorge and Mónica. After having trained in mixology in Barcelona, London and Singapore, the two gastronomes settled in Ibiza to put on overalls(overoles in Spanish). Their technique? Extraction by cold distillation and conservation by fermentation, in particular; no flavour resists them: herbs, barks, spices... The result? Unique cocktails that change every week. And a delicious cuisine.
