Long before the creation of the famous hippie market of Las Dalias, there was this mythical bar, set up in 1954 by a local farmer, and which became an unmissable meeting place in the 1960s for its improvised jam sessions and its dance hall. It was not until the 1980s that the owner's son, who had taken over the bar, thought of organising a large weekly market! In the restaurant, you can take a culinary world tour between the tajines, woks, risottos and fish offered on the menu.
