The restaurant Ses Escoles, opened by the olive oil producer Miquel Guash, is composed of several spaces mixing with charm the old and the contemporary. Here the chef proposes an author's cuisine with Mediterranean flavours that draws its inspiration from traditional recipes. Olive oil, from the starter to the dessert, is the main actress of this culinary theatre. A la carte: tablas of cheese and charcuterie, salads, cocas ibicencas and meats. Small shop.
