Yo contesté que no estaba de acuerdo puesto que esta situación no es un error por mi parte y que además es un error que nadie ha detectado en el lapso de 5 meses. Ni booking ni el hotel han sido capaces de darme más respuesta o solución, que cancelarme la reserva gratuitamente y hacer que me tenga que buscar la vida en un contexto de oferta hotelera mucho peor que entonces.
