Things to see and do Sint-Truiden - Saint-Trond

One of the town's most popular tourist attractions is the abbey tower, built in the 11th century. After climbing 196 steps, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the town and region. Although the church was demolished after a fire in 1975, the outlines of the Romanesque abbey church have been visible again since 1999.
