Inaugurated in 1877, the Royal Skating Rink welcomed roller skaters for a short time... only until 1900. Used then, according to the times, as a garage or depot of the department of the automobile and the cycle of the National Factory of weapons of Herstal, it is classified today and intended to be used as a showcase for exhibitions of contemporary art, emerging or confirmed artists. Its neo-classical architecture and its metal framework are also worthy of interest. The building has benefited from beautiful renovations during the years 2010.
