KOSTO
Coffee bars are on the increase in Brussels. So it was inevitable that one should open on the banks of the Canal, a sign that things are changing. And it's a success: minimalist decor (with a special mention for the coffee-bean-shaped lighting fixtures), wicker seats reminiscent of a country interior, and beautiful bay windows overlooking the canal. The menu oscillates between savory dishes (toasts, buns...), pastries and cakes (including a delicious Basque cake). In addition to the coffees, there are such originals as espresso tonic and tiramisu latte.
