ROSELYNE
Roselyne is the first name of the owner's grandmother, Lauren Vander Linden, a pastry chef (trained by Lenôtre, among others) and tea lover. Her little cocoon of sweets in the Brugmann district pays tribute to her. On the menu, of course, are well-chosen teas (natural and flavored), infusions and pastries prepared on site (marvelous, chocolate moelleux, carrot cake, lemon meringue pie, etc.). We go there forafternoon tea (with scones!), Sunday brunch and, if you're in the area for lunch, Lauren offers a savory menu.
