Le Supra is a poem. Sitting on the corner of a crossroads and facing 3 other bars, it has retained its 1960s troquet soul, resisting the gentrification of the Châtelain district. With its narrow terrace and interior reminiscent of village cafés, it's the kind of endearing, no-frills place that has built up a loyal following over the years. The beer list is long, hungers are satisfied simply but copiously (spaghetti, croques...) and as the evening progresses, it gets tighter and tighter.
