A full alleyway runs through the Delirium pavilion with various themed bistros. Delirium Café has more than 3,000 beers.

The first bar in the famous Delirium village, it boasts 7 other tasting venues: the Taphouse - 27 world beers on tap; the Monasterium - hundreds of abbey beers, the 8 Trappist beers and over 40 vodkas; the Hoppy Loft - hoppier beers from microbreweries; the Little Delirium - 30 beers on tap, 200 spirits; the Floris Bar - 400 absinthes, 300 whiskies, pastis, cocktails; the Floris Garden - 800 rums; the Floris Tequila - 500 tequilas.
