In place of Chez Patrick and its festive tables, Chapot is dedicated exclusively to zwanze and beer. There's no menu, but three times a week, a cheerful orchestra plays music and sets the mood for the ears of tourists and Bruxellois alike. Simon Gemoets, already at the helm of Dolle Mol on Rue des Éperonniers, is at the helm of Chapot. As a reminder, the Chapeliers brotherhood long ago gave its name to the street. Chapot bas in tribute to this vanished brotherhood.
