This imposing industrial building along the canal, the former Moulart mill (1904), is home to COOP, a cultural center and business incubator. Dedicated to raising awareness of the Canal district and its inhabitants, it houses a bakery, Kiekebiche. At the top, a convivial café gives access to a rooftop offering an unobstructed view of Brussels and the southwest of the city. On rainy days, large windows provide shelter. Prices are ultra-democratic, perfect for a sandwich break or a slice of homemade cake.
