GRAND CENTRAL
We can say that Grand Central is indeed... really big. On two floors, with a huge room, a high ceiling and those slanting concrete beams that mark the building, this establishment, designed by the inevitable Fred Nicolay, plays on his usual hobby: industrial, raw, mixing wood and concrete but on a new scale. You can drink here (nice cocktail menu), eat here from midday until late and have brunch at the weekend. In short, perfect for a break between the Natural Sciences Museum and a stroll in the European Quarter.
