Short circuits, a zero waste policy, the promotion of small Belgian producers, a place for designers and young chefs to express themselves without any personal infrastructure... it all hits home in one go! The ingredients taste like what they really are. We come across well-mastered plates with contents that will satisfy more than just diet enthusiasts. The lunch allows you to taste the organic soup, the evening menu allows you to choose between meat, fish and vegetarian formulas..., we are not sectarian! A really nice address, serious and fun at the same time.
