Located on the trendy Place du Sablon, Pop Up fits in perfectly with its surroundings. In the kitchen, the chef has solid credentials and offers a range of rather bistronomic dishes, including a tasty shrimp croquette, an American-style dish, a vol-au-vent with free-range chicken and Flemish-style carbonnades. The decor is luminous, with vintage touches and a black & white feel with a touch of wood. It's a safe bet that regulars to Brussels' Zoute will visit without grumbling, and with a few ideas for zwanzes on the agenda.
