Luxury restaurant with terrace-garden in Brussels offering Basque cuisine and reasonable nutrition.

We are always reluctant to push open the door of luxury hotels to discover their cuisine, yet they often reveal some nice surprises! Like here, the garden terrace, one of the most beautiful in Brussels with its magnolia and boxwood hedges, is a pure invitation to relax. In terms of style, the décor displays a classicism of good taste. At the table, the cuisine sings of the South, which is only natural given the chef's Basque origins. He offers a comfortable gastronomy, sautéed in the old fashioned way without forcing the quantity. The menu also pays attention to local and organic products.
