Sofie Warnants is in charge of this restaurant exclusively based on sea products. It's a good thing we're in the middle of the cod and mackerel district, but we don't care... his stall is much fresher and the interior decoration sober and clear. The menu varies according to the market or rather the tide with daily arrivals. The creativity of the chef produces superb preparations that also include poultry and vegetables. Alongside, the good old brasserie classics: shrimp croquettes, turbot steak... Great work!
