Rocky Renaud, supported by his son Kévin, runs what is objectively one of the best restaurants in Uccluse. The son manages the dining room, which, coming from La Villa Lorraine, should not create any false notes. In the kitchen, Rocky, the father and lover of spices, does not give up on the quality of the products and the accuracy of his cooking, which sublimates the flavours. Mention should be made of the scallop carpaccio, green lentils from Puy and mandarin orange; the sweetbread escalopines with morel mushrooms and the indisputable iced coffee for dessert.
