Burger, French toast, duck machine-gun served in a mobile restaurant in Brussels offering natural wines.
The father of Brussels food trucks, El Camion has been roaming the streets for nearly 10 years! While it performs at a few markets (in Saint-Gilles, Ixelles and Forest), the vehicle also circulates according to opportunity (see the Facebook page). It can be seen at the Botanique, around summer gatherings. When it comes to cuisine, we're talking real food truck gastronomy here: French toast with organic mozza and tartuffata, apple and beet Basque black pudding burger, duck or beef flank steak mitraillette... All washed down with natural wines or ultra-local beers.
