The pistol is the round, crunchy bread, the symbol of Brussels' fast food if ever there was one! You can stuff it with (almost) anything: ham, cheese, American shrimp, tuna salad with mayonnaise... Too often overused and replaced by the quarter baguette, the pistol has regained its letters of nobility. Le concept est original et les pistolets sont bons, mais le tout est assez vite lassant je trouve. Reste un bon en-cas rapide à midi cela dit.
