If you like seafood, take note of this address! It's like walking into the canteen of a beautiful ship, with those big mirrors and rows of lamps on the ceiling. Le Vismet is a place where you feel good, just as stuffy as you need to be. Tom Decroos, from Ostend, works well, very well, with fish in his open kitchen. That said, the few meats on offer are of good origin and have nothing to be ashamed of... As for the wine list, it fits perfectly with the flavours and requirements of the menu.
