ACHACHIHUA WATCHTOWER

From the Plaza de Armas, go down Calle Grau and take the^second left (just around the corner from the restaurant). Walk through the village for about 15 minutes until you reach the Plaza de Toros. On the right hand side a path takes you to the viewpoint a few minutes away: view of the famous oasis and the village of Malata on the opposite side. From here you can see three crosses that form a semi-circle on the heights (they are best seen from the Plaza de Toros). It will take you 2 hours to link the three crosses along the canyon, with short ascents and descents.
