This is the restaurant of the Hotel Aldeia da Fonte. It offers a fusion cuisine, more sophisticated and as much appreciated by locals as by tourists. We offer a varied menu and a good choice of Azorean and Mediterranean dishes concocted with a gourmet touch, based on local products (organic seasonal vegetables, organic Azorean meat) enhanced with aromatic plants and surprising spices. Clean lines, white walls and light wood furniture are the hallmarks of this cliffside Japanese restaurant, housed in an old Azorean house. Access is via the terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the Faja de Ribeiras below. On the menu, sushi of course, prepared with local fish. But also a menu of traditional Japanese dishes made with products from the island and the Archipelago. Everything is fine, delicious and one of the best Japanese restaurants we've ever tasted! An excellent address.
