We cross a small bridge over the Ribera da Urze to reach the three beautiful lava stone houses with blue shutters, surrounded by a magnificent garden full of hydrangeas. Salomé has restored and decorated her houses with great taste, and the first-floor windows offer a superb view of the Atlantic. Salomé's warm and friendly welcome, and the fact that she speaks French, is a guarantee of a pleasant stay. She is also very helpful when it comes to exploring the island.

This renovated old property comprises 3 completely independent buildings: Casa da Ribeira for 2 people, Casa da Atafona for 4 people and Casa da Avó for up to 6 people. On request, 2 extra beds can be provided for larger groups. For your comfort, each house is equipped with everything you need, including a full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, etc. You'll also enjoy satellite TV, wireless Internet, board games and bicycles for exploring the surrounding area. Staying at the QUINTA DA RIBEIRA DA URZE puts you close to the Atlantic Triangle islands of Faial, Pico and São Jorge.
