Not to be missed. Some go to the Azores, others go to Peter's Bar, as it is commonly called. Peter's Bar is a real institution: you can eat, visit the Scrimshaw museum on the first floor, get lost in the memories of all the sailors who have passed through, buy postcards, receive your mail if you have a boat in the harbour, look for a boarding, listen to the gossip of the sea, drink a gin and tonic, arrive early in the morning, leave late in the evening, come back often in between... As you can see, it's a must.

lieu incontournable a horta, on y mange tres bien pour un prix tout a fait accesible. les gin tonic sont a gouté absolument. bonne enbiance en aout avec chaque soir un groupe live.

Bar agréable mais moins animé que ce à quoi on pouvait s'attendre (mois de septembre), joli décor, on s'y sent bien... un passage obligé si on est à Horta!

Lieu incontournable lorsque l on vient sur cette merveilleuse île de Faial
Chez Peter , tout le monde s y arrête pour déjeuner , diner ou simplement boire une bonne bière fraîche et ou un gin spécial , lieu de rencontre des marins du monde entier , un petit musée à l étage raconte l histoire de l une et de leur chasse à la baleine ! Ne passez pas à côté

nous avons été mangé tous les jours au café Peter, le seul endroit animé de la ville. on y mange très bien, très convivial, certains jours animation musicale, le patron très sympa et naturel. petit musée à ne pas manquer.
