Set in a stone mansion in the heart of a green setting, take a seat in the beautiful dining room with its monumental fireplace. The high-flying dishes are beautifully presented, made with the finest local produce. We recommend the filet of Ardéchoise trout or the Polignac poultry with morel mushrooms, or the trio of snacked scallops with pumpkin and chestnuts. A superb cart of cheeses from the Yssingeaux market and PDO cheeses from all over France, and desserts to die for. Harmonious wine list.
