Riverwalk is a 4 kilometer long promenade that follows the course of the New River in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. It is ultimately an open-air shopping and entertainment complex with bars, restaurants and movie theaters. The artwork along the way and its waterfront location give it much more charm than just a shopping center. You can get there by Riverwalk Water Trolley or dock in front of it if you have a boat. The Riverwalk is especially busy on weekends.
