Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. Adult ticket: $26; children aged 3 to 12: $22. Over 60s: $24. Planetarium ticket: $5 extra.

The Cox Science Center and Aquarium is a science museum located in West Palm Beach, Florida. It offers curious minds of all ages an entertaining journey through the latest scientific and technological discoveries. It houses over 50 interactive exhibits, a planetarium, a 900-square-meter aquarium, a miniature golf course and a large exhibition space featuring a temporary traveling exhibition. Our visit was specific to the limited feature for The Titanic, we spent at least as much time enjoying the other features and taking in a competitive round of Mini Golf.
Parking is both limited but flexible so an early arrival is encouraged if you prefer to wander with reduced crowds, an early Sunday was still a very comfortable.
For locals with children, it's worth considering the benefits of a membership and while I did take time to confirm the rules on food and drinks, all of the smart families had prepared for their trip with a picnic lunch and bottled water.
Members of your group with more energy than a science center allows may find some joy and release in the Frisbee Golf course which runs right into the Science Center.
