Boggy Creek Airboat Rides offers thirty-minute to one-hour hydrofoil tours on a river leading to the Everglades. The pilot also serves as a guide to the flora and fauna (turtles, alligators, birds) that he tries to track down during the ride. A sunset tour is also offered - which allows you to see animals that are hidden during the day - and at night (thrills guaranteed!).
