Had a great stay thanks to the staff. Our AC unit blew and we had to change rooms.

Megan the evening manager did an amazing job at accommodating us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

All of the front desk staff were super kind and helpful.

The manager at the restaurant was also great and provided excellent customer service as well as great food.

I would definitely stay again.

This is a very comfortable hotel, the beds are very comfortable and the room and bathrooms are very clean. Next time I'm in town I will try and check on availability here.

Nice hotel with parking garage and pool on the north end of downtown Orlando. Very clean with courteous staff.

They charged me twice for a room that I prepaid

This was very disappointing for Hilton standards. The mattress was in need of flipping or replacing. I am not that big (137 pounds) I spent all night trying not to roll to center.

Temperature control was challenging. It appeared to be no heat, only cold, cold air.

Seat in handicap accessible shower pulled away from wall, safety hazard. Someone will get hurt if the seat hits the ground with them on it.

Also pretty sure there is an issue with mold. I am highly sensitive and came home sick.

Noisy and rude people in room next door. First night came in loud at 2:30 am and continued for at least an hour. Second night repeat only at 1 am. They would put dirty towels outside of door and their trash bag. This made it difficult to even get out our door or maneuver with walker.

I made the front desk aware of it. The person was apologetic and said she would make it right by me. ???????????? I am still waiting. Had I even been given 500 points I would not be writing this review, I would have kept my disappointment in Hilton to myself. Btw, I was cautioned. My daughter had similar awful experience at Doubletree in Miami. I am just going to say, put a little extra away until you can stay at Embassy Suites.

Great hotel right by downtown

Was here for business and it was fantastic ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

I was here for work conference. Hotel accommodations was just like every other hotel. Did not have any issues with our room. it was a little difficult to find the fridge. The room is definitely could use some upgraded but in all honesty, I’ve been at way worse.

I feel like the location of the hotel was not crazy ideal. There are things that are within walking distance but for the most part you have to Uber.

The staff were great; especially because I expected worse based on other reviews.

We got a free cookie when we checked in and the staff checked in via text message during our stay.

This seems a bit rundown, but the staff is friendly.

The hotel is very dated and has a bad smell. I think its mold which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. I would not stay here again.

The overall rating is really for the staff at the front desk. They were extremely nice and helpful. I don’t get the other negative reviews regarding the staff. I didn’t see that at all. Every young lady at the front desk was very hospitable.

This hotel is very dated. The rooms don’t match the photos displayed on their website. My first room (and the hallway it was on) reeked mildew/mold. I’m highly allergic and the staff was apologetic and moved my room. While it was better (at the time, no mold/mildew smell and the chairs weren’t mutilated), the refrigerator didn’t work and the closet wouldn’t close all the way. I found the reason why- one door is splitting apart on both sides. Over the course of my stay, the room became more humid/damp and the mold/mildew smell became stronger. By my last night, I was coughing throughout the night and my chest was tight.

Disappointed in the hotel as Hilton is usually my go to, but this should not be rated as a 3-star hotel.

Public spaces are getting shabby. One of the first things I saw after I entered the lobby was the cushions on the seats, and they were absolutely filthy. I would n ver sit on them. They sincerely need to be washed or replaced.

Nice downtown hotel. Not overly convenient.
