Sights were pretty close together and not to level at least the one we were on

You can do far better, look elsewhere. We stayed here for most of the winter. The one highlight of this KOA is the staff who works on the grounds, they are very kind. Beyond that, here were our concerns. It's not convenient to the theme parks. While it's only 10 miles to Disney, it's an hour drive due to I-4 traffic. The campground is full of full time residents who feel that you are intruding on their space. One in particular, Mike, will literally stalk you if he doesn't like you. He drives a purple golf cart if you ever go there. As others have said in their review, the front desk staff is down right rude and make it clear you are bothering them if you have a question. In particular, Deb is flat out rude and unpleasant. The staff who works the grounds all told us that's just her nature. Very poor customer service, they don't make you feel welcome. We will not be returning and recommend you go to one of the dozens of other campgrounds around.

We are long time KoA members and go to KOA’s all around the United States . We have over 30 different locations u see our belt . This place by far the worst koa we have ever stayed at . The service is terrible . The staff is super unfriendly . The store is only open 9-5 and when they are open not very helpful . Most Koa’s treat you like a guest . The treat you like your a burden here . Worst KOA trip ever . If in area go to Kissimmee instead . It will be a better trip .

The campground was a perfect location for our requirements so we decided to check it out. Upon arriving the signage was clear and accurate and during check in the folks were very friendly, informative and the overall check in process was quick and effortless. Once checked in we were escorted to our site were once again the gentleman asked if there was anything else we needed. The campground is quiet, very clean and well organized. We do recommend staying here!

I'm not a fan of KOA or any camp site now. They charge more than complete hotel stay.

The only negative was a robust building site next door.

I was in the store/office on 4 separate occasions and each time I felt like I was intruding on the counter person's conversations that they were having with other employees. My questions seemed to annoy the clerks and it got to be a dread to go in there.
The park was nice and clean, with nicely shaded pull-through sites. The lanes are paved and the sites are pretty level.
It's a shame that the counter people can't get into the "hospitality" part of their jobs. There's lots of RV Parks in the area and next time though the Orlando area I'll find somewhere else to park.

Great campground with friendly staff, awesome dog run and pet walk. Clean, large sites. Fairly close to the attractions. Good pancake breakfast on Sundays. Would highly recommend! Cannot wait to go back again, have stayed there twice so far, each time has been a delight!

Clean and safe place to stay. Friendly staff and I would rate this 5 stars, but no hot water in the showers. I let it run for about 10 to 15 mins as the little sign in the shower said it would take a few mins to get hot. So besides a chilly shower otherwise it was great! Felt very safe and also the kids loved all the activities KOA provided. Thank you for a great stay. ☺️

Side note: If you are going to Disney from here, your GPS will say 15 mins but it took us 40 mins due to traffic no matter what day it was during the week.

Overall a good stay. The outdoor rec area is the best I’ve ever seen. Kids loved it. The reason for 3 stars is because 50 amp service is not true 50 amp. We had daily issues with power and it really was a pain. They tell you to only use 2 ac’s at a time. Even so our power went out daily.

I have stayed at many KOAs along the East Coast. We always stay at the Holiday as they are more family friendly. We arrive to the Davenport KOA and stayed in a kabin. There was no TV,microwave, mini fridge or grill. We have even stayed in Teepees that have those amenities as well as every other KOA kabin we have stayed in has those amenities. They want to charge you for everything they have there. $1 for a cup of coffee, there was a fee for mini golf ECT. Every KOA that we have been to serves coffee and a lite breakfast for a donation which is not a mandatory fee. Every KOA we have stayed at the amenities are included. The bathroom shower in the ladies room was disgusting. The only thing we got for free was a koozie. When I am staying somewhere I would think the amenities would be included. I understand bike rental and stuff like that but how are you going to charge someone to stay at your facility and then charge for everything you offer? Stay clear of this KOA especially if you have a family. They seem more money hungry then making sure their guests enjoy their self. Before arriving I had also called and was told my SERVICE DOG can't go in several places on their property. The pool and bathroom was one of the locations named. A service dog can go anywhere and it is a federal law. When I told the girl my dog can go anywhere on their property as he is a registered service do her response was " well I'm just letting you know" so not only do they want to scrounge up all my money they want to violate my rights too... STAY CLEAR. of this KOA
PS there is nothing around to do either and everything closes between 8&10pm

Staff was friendly. The location was decent. (25-60 minutes from parks) The amenities are as described. My complaint is with regards to maintenance and cabin cleanliness. Our cabin was infested with ants an termites. I cleaned the picture of termite dust up twice (visible damage can be seen). The floors were found dirty with animal hair about. In the heat of the afternoon the AC smelled like wet dog. The cabin had several spots in which light can be seen shining thru. The cabin had several hazardous conditions (electrical wiring/ debris). The AC in the restrooms seemed to be broken, 91 degrees inside during the day. Some of the activities are in an unusable state. Overall this KOA would be a great spot if you have your own camper/RV and arrived with low expectations.
