Celebrated Christmas holiday and proposed to my fiancé. She was totally blown away by the charm of the place and the proprietors. A place that should be on your bucket list.

This shabby-chic B&B was perfect for a weekend getaway. The innkeeper leaves you alone but is still hospitable.

Awesome ghost hunting experience.

We haven't even been there and they've already earned one star! After making our reservation (paid in full), a medical diagnosis has made us change our plans. I have tried to cancel our reservation for over a week, and cannot reach anyone: they don't answer the phone, the phone message states to send a text, I've sent several texts and emails... and they have never contacted me. Phone calls, texts, emails, and NOTHING. If this is how they treat customers before they even show up, be cautious about actually showing up!! I will go about getting my money back using different methods.

Great location. Historic downtown is within walking distance. 3 of the 4 rooms are quite large and spacious.

I`d have like to see the faces of the people in charge of property ( they left an envelope at the entrance with the entrance and room key ) letting us know that the plate was damaged and therefore it was covered with adhesive tape, such an unsafe situation, lack of courtesy and responsibility. My family and I felt insecure and scared, my kids thought it was a game (like haunted Mansion or Escapes rooms) and then we would go to a real hotel. I feel ashamed for having exposed them and not being able to leave because, it was the weekend of the Blue Angels presentation and there were no rooms available elsewhere.

After a 12 hour deep sea fishing trip, this was the most relaxing part of my day. The house and rooms are wonderful. Reminded me of growing up in my family home in the deep south georgia. High ceilings and wood everywhere. Slept like a baby that night. Got up to a wonderful breakfast. Started out with a bowl of strawberries, grapes, melon, fresh hot coffee, and a pitcher of orange juice. Then some delicious French toast and bacon. It just don't get no better!!!!!
The host Barbie is wonderful. We had a very pleasant conversation about the house while dining.
Can hardly wait to visit again!!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful week a this nice bed and breakfast. Barbee the owners is a charming and attentive host and makes you feel most welcome.
The freshly prepared breakfast changes daily. Fresh fruit salad is a nice and healthy addition.
If you feel hungry during lunchtime "The Cottage" belonging to the B&B outside is much recommended. Try the freshly prepared wraps, sandwiches and many other healthy and tasty options.
We look forward to our next stay.

The Pensacola Victorian Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful lodging option when visiting Pensacola. It is in a great location close the downtown and an easy walk to the Paraflox market on Saturdays. The BNB is a fabulous 19th century mansion with original hardwood, high ceilings, lights and is so comfortable and inviting. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and offer everything you need for space, power, wifi, etc. What make this place special is Barbee and Chuck, the owners. Barbee met us at check in, gave us a tour of the property and also a nice list of recommendations for dining, shopping and local things to do. She also prepared breakfast which was just amazing. If you are traveling to Pensacola and looking for potential places to stay, I highly recommend you put the Pensacola Victorian Bed and Breakfast on your short list - you won't be sorry!

A friend and I were in town without family for the Holidays and wanted to do something a little adventurous and fun.
We had such an amazing stay. We got to enjoy a little history and the most amazing hospitality - from the great breakfast to great conversations with Ms.Barbee. We will definitely return and of course recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for something a bit more like home.

Cottage House. Still one of Pensacola's best kept secrets.

There were a few issues with this bed and breakfast. The first started after booking. When trying to contact them prior to arrival no one picks up the phone. The voicemail simply states to text the number don’t leave a message.

The second was with the room . The Victoria room does not have a bathroom attached. It is across the house. There is only paper sign on the door that it is only for the Victoria room so you have to hope no one else uses it while you are there. My biggest problem with this is those midnight bathroom trips. I did not see this stated anywhere before booking this room because I would not have booked it!

I asked to switch rooms when another one became available and was denied. The breakfast was tasty but there was no hope of getting more than you were served and the drinks/soda offered was generic. I dropped something on the floor and went down to pick it up and noticed an inch of dust on the floor under the bed.

This is the first bread and breakfast I have ever stayed in. I’m not sure I would ever go back to one but I was told they not all like this.

This was the fanciest Bed & Breakfast I've ever stayed at!!! ???? The old building is a beautiful & charming wooden castle! Elizabeth's room was clean, spacious, and cozy, reminiscent of Grandma's house. ???? The location is excellent, right next to downtown Pensacola. The staff is very friendly & welcoming, and there's the Cottage Cafe next door if you miss out on their delicious homemade breakfast (BTW, I highly recommend their quiche!). ???? Do yourself a BIG favor and stay here if you're ever visiting Pensacola, FL!!! ????⛲️⛪️???????? ????????

Didn’t stay. Made a reservation and had to cancel. Emailed with them and they said they would cancel our reservation and issue a refund. That was 11 days ago and still NOTHING! Not sure if we ever will hear from them, or ever get our money back. Terrible!
