Great experience and comfortable bed. Breakfast was fresh and very good!

What struck me was how responsive everyone at Sweetwater branch is when I had a need or a question. Very friendly and quick service! My family and I have visited and stayed on three different occasions in three different apartments, and it is always a Lovely and Enjoyable stay.

I was visiting university of Florida on a business trip and stayed at this place. I should be honest, I travel a lot and stay at different places throughout the year but this place especially got my attention. This is a HIDDEN GEM and a wonderful place to stay if you visit Gainesville. First of all, it's very affordable and it's not like a hotel, instead it's like cottages with your own quiet space comes with bathtub, comfortable bed, living room, kitchen, assigned parking, and patio. Wow, this place is really different and totally amazing for a couple. One best thing is you have a hot tub too, you will have everything in the cottage from towels to any hot tub stuffs. I loved staying here and wish I could come more often to this place. Apart from all this, their breakfast was totally extraordinary. It was like treat and you will feel special to have breakfast in this place. Not a typical sausage or scrambled eggs, instead they have some special food. It felt like I was in a Italian or French bakery buffet. The customer service was amazing, they call you if you are late and keep you posted how to reach them if you are late and where to pick up keys. Overall, the customer service was fantastic. This is definitely a must place to stay even if you live in Gainesville ???????? just a weekend getaway. ????????????????❤️❤️❤️

Restored old mansions , cottages on Sweetwater site.
Swimming pool. We were there when couple got married and had
reception on site . Parking tight, but folks work together.
Over the years we have stayed in several of the converted rooms. All we’re comfortable.
We try to stay there on our way down to florida for spring training,
am sometimes on way back.
In short, we love the place.
