Do you miss French cuisine? The residents of Ocala obviously miss it too, and they love this restaurant run by a couple from Lyon: Patrice, trained at the Paul Bocuse Institute, and his wife Elodie, who works in the dining room. Beef bourguignon, duck à l'orange, bouillabaisse, soufflé, crème brûlée: La Cuisine's menu is in the bistronomy genre, with a few American adaptations such as large burgers. Not to mention the excellent cocktails served at the bar while waiting to sit down to eat, as well as the concerts on Friday and Saturday.
