This baker from Royan, located near the airport, has been spreading his know-how for 20 years between Paris, the West Indies, New York and Miami. All his flans, croissants and brioches, family recipes, are homemade with flour from the Moulins de Paris. But he also offers croissants with Nutella, guava paste or dulce de leche, as well as a bread with ham, bacon and olives that appeal to American and especially Venezuelan palates, which represent 80% of his clientele.
