Taschen is a German publishing house founded in 1980. It specializes in art, film, architecture and photography. The company has outlets in some of the world's most famous cities, including Hong Kong, London, Milan, Los Angeles, Paris and Miami. What they all have in common is that they were imagined by the popular French designer Philippe Starck. The Miami boutique is very arty with its turquoise decor. You'll also find some very fine books. Proof of its notoriety is the fact that a Taschen bookshop can be seen in an episode of The Simpsons!
