Under their metal lids, the ice creams, with their many original flavors, are skilfully worked with a spatula, before being served, in large quantities, on small cookie cones. And, as with many gelaterias in Rome, don't hesitate to ask for the extra whipped cream(panna)! Flor is also a master in the art of fresh yoghurt, with fruit or plain. You'll also find pastries(tiramisù, crostata...). An ice cream parlour to discover, conveniently close to the forums and the Colosseum.
