Never short of ideas, Guillaume lives his passion by blending the great classics with the latest trends. Together with his team, he makes sweets every day for his satisfied customers, who never hesitate to come back. And it's all homemade! Special breads, tigers, stone flour, brioches, panettones, chocolate assortments, mendiants, orangettes, marrons glacés, jams, rolled and glazed logs... We recommend the Paris-Brest revisited, one of our specialties, as well as our fraisiers and delicious cream puffs.
