This is Madrid's historic gluten-free pastry shop! It was Santi, after a stay in the United States, who launched out and was successful. Cheesecakes, pies, cupcakes or cookies delight Madrid lovers.... And not just that! One cannot miss in the window the little note of tennis champion Novak Djokovic, an apostle of "gluten-free", who thanks his friend Santi. If the carrot cake is the best-selling, the star of the little yellow ball obviously preferred the banana bread... Notice to amateurs and gourmets!
