In the north of Malasaña, in a very nicely restored historical building, there are 78 sober and very elegant rooms. The lucky ones will be able to enjoy the 11 Junior suites and especially the 4 superb suites with terrace. Like the rooms, the lobby is luxurious and sophisticated, and you can sit in a very good quality restaurant. To recover from their day of visit, guests happily head to the spa, with its superb aquatic area, sports hall and massage tables. A very nice address.

Simply superb. This beautiful hotel managed to exceed our high expectations! The stand out feature being the staff. Yes, the hotel is stunning, the beds huge and comfortable, the location perfect, and all the facilities excellent, but it was the staff who made it extraordinary. Arturo was the most helpful manager we’ve ever come across - he booked us restaurant reservations that were just perfect and delicious, he gave great advice and solved problems. Honestly, I would go to him for any life advice. All the advice was spot on. But the housekeeping team, the restaurant staff (thank you Pablo!), the doormen and everyone who we came into contact with were simply lovely. The spa is beautiful and despite it being very central the hotel is quiet and calm and walking distance to most things we wanted to do. Small touches like information on what’s on in Madrid that day left in the immaculate rooms make this an exceptional hotel. Cannot recommend highly enough. We shall return!

Quedamos encantados con este hotel! Las instalaciones, el ambiente y la atención muy top la verdad! Estuvimos en el lobby que casualmente coincidimos con la tarde de piano e hizo más grata nuestra estancia. Hay diferentes opciones en la carta desde café, chocolate caliente y churros hasta cocktailes, nosotros pedimos champán!
El precio es elevado , pero es lo que se espera en este tipo de establecimientos. Una grata experiencia.
