The hotel is located in the heart of the tourist complex of Portomaso, a great Maltese pride. Superb marina, shops, restaurants… The great luxury is at the meeting combining traditional comfort and modernity. The rooms have superb views from their terraces. The equipment is impressive: three outdoor pools surrounded by trees, two children's pools, indoor swimming pool, private beach club offering many nautical activities, fitness centre (gym, care, saunas…), golf, climbing or horse riding. Many Mediterranean restaurants, grills and especially the excellent Royal Thai Blue Elephant very famous for its oriental cuisine. The Bottega del Vino will also be appreciated (Italian specialities).

Was soll ich sagen: einer unserer besten Aufenthalte in einem Hotel des Hilton Markenportfolios. Großzügig angelegt mit großer Poolanlage, zwei Bars, zwei Restaurants und einer tollen Executive Lounge. Als Hilton Honors Diamond erhielten wir ein Upgrade auf ein Terrace Spa Zimmer (mit eigenem Whirlpool auf der großen Terrasse), Zugang zur Executive Lounge und Frühstück. Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gibt, dann drei Kleinigkeiten:
a) das Bett war entweder nicht korrekt montiert oder schon alt und morsch. Jede Bewegung auf dem Bett mache großen Lärm, als würde das Bett zusammenbrechen. Und das obwohl die Matratze absolut gut war. Da muss nachgebessert werden .
b) Hunde im Hotelzimmer? Ist das wirklich nötig? Direkt im Zimmer über uns war ein Hund mit untergebracht, dessen lautstarkes Bellen uns wachhielt. Dazu wurde er wohl tagsüber auf dem Balkon alleine gelassen, was ebenfalls zu Dauer-Bellen führte....das sollte im 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht sein. Oder vielleicht in einem gesonderten Flügel, wo nur Hundebesitzer untergebracht sind.
c) die Ausbildung der Servicekräfte (beim Frühstück). Zuerst nach dem - nicht leeren - Teller oder Glas greifen und dann fragen, ob man fertig ist - so geht es nicht. Wer will dann schon weiter essen, wenn das Geschirr angetatscht würde...
Ansonsten fühlten wir uns gut umsorgt und jederzeit willkommen. Und ja, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Likewise, while our hotel is Pet-Friendly, we do have a Pets Policy, and appreciate pet-owners' support in ensuring the pet does not disturb other guests. We would have been happy to discuss this with the pet owner in the room above yours, so please let us know of any such issue in future, and we shall gladly assist.

Bel hôtel avec prestation de qualités chambre assez grande avec tout ce que l on attend d un 5 étoiles piscine agréable petit déjeuner moyen rien d exceptionnel rien en plus pas de « spécialité »
Le sable mis à côté de la piscine pour faire comme si il y avait une plage très mauvaise idée il y en a partout dans la piscine
Les transat sont collés les uns aux autres ( nous y étions début août )
Dommage que le quartier où il est situé soit très sale pas agréable pour se balader surtout avec des enfants en bas âge bcp de clubbeurs de bruit
Ne passez pas par l hôtel pour les excursions nous avons eu une maivaise expérience on propose des excursions inadaptées à des enfants à une famille avec enfants la commerciale ne connaît pas ce dont elle parle
Elle propose une sortie en bateau avec traversée de 45mn alors que c était 2 fois plus à l aller et idem au retour pas sérieux je crois qu elle s appelait Anne

Sehr guter Service, hübsches Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in guter Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, die Restaurants erstklassig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We coming to Hilton quite sometimes for a lounge. But this time we came here for staycation, It was so nice to stay in here. We stayed with baby and indoor pool was really nice place to play with baby. (Outdoor pool was a bit cold in middle of Novemeberl. We liked breakfast too. But only one thing that really bothered me and gave me a hard time the whole time was this very strong chlorine(?) smell in the room. It got worse when i turned on AC. The whole room was full of this VERY STRONG chemical smell. It made me sick a bit at the end. I was gonna complaining but i didnt, cuz it was late time for me to do that and I was so tired and we only stay 1 day. So we had to open the balcony door over the night to reduce smell. But it never went away. I still feel a bit sick my nose and throat. We live nearby, so we will come back for sure cuz we love hilton but not sure about staying here overnight cuz it gave me a nightmare of chlorine smell.
