Excellente situation, personnel sympathique, bons petits déjeuners. Cependant, les chambres et les salles de bains ont déjà besoin d'être rafraîchies ; ce n'est pas mal mais cela pourrait être bien mieux. Nous avons également eu une situation pas très agréable le dernier soir où beaucoup de sable coulait de tous les robinets en même temps que l'eau. Les cartes magnétiques des chambres ont cessé de fonctionner tous les deux jours en moyenne, ce qui nous a obligés à en demander de nouvelles.

Mon premier choix d'hôtel ! L'emplacement est très central, le personnel est incroyable, il est amical et se met en quatre pour rendre votre séjour mémorable. Le spa est parfait pour commencer et terminer la journée et les lits sont très confortables lorsque vous avez besoin de rattraper un peu de sommeil.

Superbe hôtel dans un emplacement parfait. J'ai eu une belle chambre avec une vue fabuleuse sur la ville et le port. La pluie était grande et la salle de bain très grande. La salle de bains comportait une baignoire et une douche, ainsi qu'un double lavabo. C'était luxueux.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, le personnel est aimable et attentif. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. On nous a donné une chambre au quatrième étage avec une vue relativement bonne, mais la terrasse n'était pas dégagée. Le lit double n'était pas des plus confortables, puisqu'il s'agit de deux matelas joints. Dans la salle de bains, ni la baignoire ni le robinet de la douche ne fonctionnaient correctement. Dans l'ensemble, tout allait à peu près bien, mais quelques détails mériteraient d'être améliorés pour que l'hôtel obtienne cinq étoiles.

"Des travaux de rénovation ont été effectués dans la chambre voisine de la nôtre pendant deux jours consécutifs. Malgré nos plaintes, les travaux se sont poursuivis. Le bruit était si fort qu'il était non seulement impossible de se reposer, mais si vous ne vous bouchiez pas les oreilles, cela vous donnait mal à la tête. Alors que j'étais souffrante et que je restais avec mon enfant, la solution proposée était la suivante : "Nous pouvons vous changer de chambre" Pas même un simple "Nous nous excusons ; nous pouvons reprogrammer les rénovations" Cette approche suffit à démontrer que l'hôtel n'a pas une attitude orientée vers le client, peu importe ce qu'ils essaient de faire par ailleurs !

L’hôtel est un peu vieillot par contre le service est excellent, les restaurants délicieux. Le restaurant sur le toit offre une bud splendide et un très bon choix de boissons, vins, menu… prix très raisonnable pour la qualité. Le restaurant café offre une salade Chai délicieuse ainsi que les pâtes aux moules un vrai délice!!! Petit déjeuner varié. Le fitness room est complet, il fait un peu chaud par contre. Pour terminer l’hôtel est très bien situé tout se fait à pieds.

Bel endroit, service 5 étoiles. Personnel sympathique. Vous obtenez ce que vous payez. Le parking de l'hôtel est payant. Piscine intérieure disponible. Bons restaurants et petit déjeuner copieux.

L'hôtel est excellent, tout comme le personnel. Tout le monde est serviable et veille à ce que vous soyez satisfait. L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé. La nourriture est excellente. Hautement recommandé. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, super obsługa. Dostaliśmy duży pokój, z dużą łazienką. Na 7 piętrze jest basen wewnątrz i sauna. Na dachu basen zewnętrzny. Jedyny minus to materac. Szeleścił w nocy przy próbie przewrócenia się na drugi bok, co skutkowało kilkoma pobudkami.

Five star hotel on the top of the hill in Sliema close to the shopping mall. Check in staff made us feel like kings and queens with their over the top service and welcome drinks and everything. We got upgraded to a better room which is enormous and the balcony is facing the nearby church (which has bells ringing early in the morning so be ready to wake up angelically).
Breakfast had plenty of options in everything so everyone should be able to find something for themselves.
Indoor swimming pool had a bit cold water and sauna didn't have the bucket to put the water in for throwing to sauna stove.

The stay was amazing. From food to the service everything was very nice. The morning buffet was very delicious. Having many options for vegetarians like me as well.

Fantastic, staff are lovely, rooms are massive and the beds are huge. We got a few upgrade which was massively appreciated. Car park right below. Facilities are great along with the location!

Sono stata in questo albergo per il mio compleanno, al check in mi hanno fatto l'upgrade della camera, mi hanno dato una camera con balcone al 4° piano bella e molto spaziosa; la camera ed il bagno pulitissimi. Ci hanno regalato anche un voucher per un complimentary drink al bar dell'hotel. Abbiamo preso 2 cocktails analcolici, entrambi buoni. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad accontentare il cliente. Davvero fantastici! Ottima la colazione, varia e con prodotti di qualità . Grazie a tutte queste attenzioni i nostro soggiorno è stato memorabile. Lo consiglio. Ci tornerei
