In the midst of Birgu's charming alleyways, Del Borgo is a very pleasant wine bar. Its first asset is its highly successful decor, as it is housed in a cellar. The cellar of a beautiful 18th-century Maltese house that was once the cellar of the Prince of Wales's music club. The second asset is the extensive wine list, of course, both local and foreign, which can be enjoyed with small dishes featuring local products such as sausages and bigilla. A really good address.
