An impressive "fortress" set against a hill, with gigantic rooms and balconies.
It's impossible to miss this impressive "fortress" of stone, brick and adobe, set high up against a hill. A former watermill(mill in English, milos in Greek) abandoned in the 1950s, the building was restored and converted into a hotel in 1999. The rooms are gigantic, each with a balcony overlooking the old village, while the exterior elevator offers a panoramic view of the city. Breakfast is generous, and the restaurant remains the best in town for its trout.

J'ai eu un repas absolument délicieux au Moulin. La nourriture et le service étaient de niveau supérieur et n'auraient pas pu être mieux. L'emplacement était incroyable avec une vue imprenable sur la ville. Je le recommanderais sans hésiter à tous ceux qui visitent et je reviendrai certainement!

Nous ne sommes allés qu'au restaurant. Très belle expérience même si c'est un peu cher.

Un de mes amis m'a recommandé ce restaurant, je peux simplement dire que leur nourriture est délicieuse, nous avons essayé la truite et le poulet piccata comme plats principaux et le pastrami et la feta comme entrées, fortement recommandés.

Emplacement merveilleux, chambres propres et confortables, nourriture délicieuse. Je viens depuis des années, jamais déçu.
Grandes chambres, baignoires hautes (pas de douche), faible débit d'eau, serviettes fines.
Excellent petit déjeuner chypriote.
L'hôtel est situé sur un ruisseau.
Une promenade incontournable dans la partie ancienne du village.
